We attended a wedding reception. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was ideal for the function with its own bar, the food was plentiful and very good quality. We had an excellent time and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a wedding reception venue.

Really enjoyed our meals the chips were excellent proper homemade chips would definatley recommend it I had the chicken and bacon salad which was plentiful with meat and my partner had the southern fried chicken burger and great value

This is a lovely spacious area and despite it being so busy we didn&#39;t feel crowded. There was a crowd of us met here for a school reunion. The area has fish tanks which are very colourful and the place is clean and the staff helpful. There was quite a good selection on the menu, I had a King Prawn sizzler and my friend had a chicken sizzler and they were very tasty and the price was also very reasonable.

To begin with the front of house bar staff were lovely and I&#39;m not faulting them in anyway. I had a meal this evening with my friend, we both ordered sirloin steak. I ordered my steak medium and my friend ordered rare. When we received our meals both steaks were improperly cooked. My steak came well done and could barely be cut and my friends steak came medium to well at best. When we asked for our steaks to be re-done the chef refused to change my friends steak stating that it is rare! The chef did however cook myself a new steak. Now around 30 minutes after I sent my steak back I received my 2nd. In the attached picture the top steak is my friends which is supposedly &#39;rare&#39; and the bottom picture is my 2nd steak which again should have been &#39;medium&#39; but looked rare-blue! I never ate my meal at all and asked if I could be refunded. When the manager came out to me he stated that I won&#39;t be getting a refund and I could barely get a word in to explain what had happened. He was very rude, clearly has no concept of customer service and to most other people could have come across as quite intimidating! The manager stated to me do I know how expensive those steaks are and that I&#39;m messing with his business! I wouldnt recommend eating here to anyone, an absolutely awful experience Again the top steak in the picture should be rare and the bottom steak &quot;2nd attempt&quot; should be medium

We have been many times to Punch carvery The staff are efficient Ambience very good  The staff always try to arrange seating to our satisfaction The food is as good as any carvery and better than most Always wish to continue returning

Table was booked for 1800hrs Was shown immediately  to our table. Although it was very busy service was quick and efficient. Food was very good and plentiful Staff were very helpful and polite.
